This was one of the first books that I read to help me navigate challenges in my life. This book was really helpful when I first started my nutrtion and fitness journey. It helped me realize the importance of creating a space to help champion positive change, and implement new habits.
The author discusses how to prioritize tasks in your life to maximize your time and improve your habits. He also discuses the importance of issues like decluttering your space and how to prioritize your task .
