As a mother of five and working full time, I know how easy it is to neglect our own health while taking care of our families. But let me tell you, if we don't prioritize our well-being, our loved ones will suffer too. That's why I took action to improve my health and fitness, and I want to help you do the same. Through my journey, I experienced that the human body can heal itself if we give it the right nourishment.
That's why I've always been interested in holistic health and a natural lifestyle, using herbs and essential oils to help myself and my family. I've also tried different ways of eating and found success with a vegan lifestyle. After adopting a vegan lifestyle, I felt AMAZING!!! However, after about a year I started to feel worse and found it unsustainable when I became deficient in iron and vitamin D and at that point I realized the importance of proper nutrition and supplementation.
After the pandemic hit, I realized the importance of mental health and started a fitness regimen and a podcast to talk about wellness and mental health. I also became a certified nutrition coach to gain more knowledge about how to improve my health and help others. Now, I want to share my journey with you and help you adopt a more holistic and plant-based lifestyle.
